Do you have experience working with "my specific technology"?
We’ve been at this for over a decade, but there are so many technologies & applications out there, the answer is very possibly no.
That said, we focus on using the best technology stack for a specific problem and are often learning a new technology for a project. This is just part of what we do.
Can you guide my team? They strong, but haven't done this before.
This is not our typical process, but can definitely do.
We often function as the whole product development team or a small team within it. However, if you have junior staff or someone that needs guidance, we can provide this along with augmenting their execution. These engagements are all unique so reach out to talk to us about your scenario.
We have a factory relationship, can you just help us with design work?
Absolutely.
We do small batch production, and believe this helps us align our incentives throughout the design process. However, our goal is always for our clients to scale beyond our initial small batch production runs, and are happy to support handover to your team at any point.
How much transparency do I get with the work you do?
You’ll have access to your dedicated project manager as well as key engineers working on your project.
We schedule weekly progress updates and are in contact throughout the duration of your project with any issues or key decisions that need your input.
What if we already have some development done?
We can integrate with existing work at any stage.
However, to take ownership of the work we put out, we need to review your work to ensure accuracy and integrity. This is done through a design review and will need to be done for any work done prior to our collaboration.
