How long does a typical product development project take?

What's your typical project investment range?
Full product development projects typically range from $25,000 to $150,000, while specialized service engagements are less.
Product development is expensive, that’s why we start small, understanding the needs of your specific project, and de-risking the investment for you, and for us. If the project has strong potential, we move forward with confidence that the investment is worth the price.
Do you handle manufacturing?
We do small batch production runs, and are happy to support the manufacture handover once you are ready for large scale production.
Doing production in-house gives our engineering team insights that most teams just don’t have. We have hands on experience troubleshooting production issues and guiding products through the production process.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
How do you protect my intellectual property?
We sign comprehensive NDAs before detailed discussions and all IP developed during our engagement belongs to you. We have experience working with patents and are happy to support your IP strategy.
Can you work with my existing patents/IP?
Yes. We regularly work with existing IP and can help expand or implement your protected innovations while maintaining compliance with patent requirements.

We’re based in Edmonton, Canada, but have served clients in US, England, Ireland, Switzerland, and Trinidad and Tobago.
We use secure virtual collaboration tools and travel when needed for critical project phases.
How do you handle communication during projects?
You’ll have direct access to our senior team throughout the project.
We schedule weekly or biweekly progress updates and use project management tools to maintain clear communication channels throughout the duration of your project.
What if we already have some development done?
We can integrate with existing work at any stage.
However, to take ownership of the work we put out, we need to review your work to ensure accuracy and integrity. This is done through a design review and will take place for any work done prior to our collaboration.
